Kench Hill offers a wide range of exciting and inspirational outdoor activity based day visits for local schools, home school groups and community group day visits. All activities are linked to the National curriculum and are taught with a cross-curricular learner led approach. On booking, a member of our tutor team will arrange a meeting with your class teacher or group leader to plan the day’s activity timetable, identify learning intentions and build a bespoke activity timetable tailored to your group’s objectives and needs.   • Local adventure ramble through farmland, fields, woodland and stream!
  • Meet the animals (Ponies, chickens, guinea pig, rabbits)

Risk Assessments for all activities are located in our Health and Safety Manual.
If needed the Centre can provide minibus shuttles to and from school at a small charge. 

Day trips are from 9.30am-3pm and include a half hour lunch break. The cost will be bespoke for each booking depending on the group size, number of activities and tutors needed – from £12 per child.

All of the Kench Hill tutors are passionate about earning through nature and have a background in teaching and environmental education. All staff hold current DBS and first aid certificates.
