We take bookings any time, up to 2 years in advance. Simply check current availability here then email or telephone the Centre to reserve your chosen date(s). We will send a booking contract form. The signed form and a booking fee of £500* should be returned to Kench Hill within 2 weeks to secure your booking. This also confirms that you have read and understood our generic Terms and Conditions, particularly the cancellation policy (downloadable here KHCTerms&Conditions You must also read the School party agreement which outlines your and our responsibilities.
*Hackney Schools only. Non-Hackney schools will be charged 50% of expected cost at time of booking, deducted from final payment.
NB IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE SIGNED FORM AND BOOKING FEE WITHIN TWO WEEKS WE WILL OPEN THE DATES TO OTHER SCHOOLS
Once we receive your booking form and deposit you will be sent a confirmation with a receipt/deposit invoice. The named group leader will be sent a Teacher’s Pack.
Schools are encouraged to choose different times each year, alternating between summer and winter. You can bring 2+ groups in an academic year which can come consecutively or in different terms. Hackney schools are given priority.
A few spaces are available for non-Hackney school groups each year, usually during off-peak weeks. Cost per pupil is currently £180-250 per pupil based on a minimum group size of 26 (excluding transport and extra charges). You will be charged a deposit payable once confirmation is received.
